Rapper Young Thug's Apparel Brand Sp5der filed a Trademark Infringement Lawsuit Against Online Retailer for allegedly selling counterfeit Sp5der Apparel Products









“King Spider LLC, Sp5der’s parent company founded in 2019, says that a reseller’s LLC and its owner infringed its trademark protections by selling products they claim are ‘nearly indistinguishable’ from plaintiff’s Sp5der Products, only with minor variations that no ordinary consumer would recognize.” The complaint was filed the first week of May in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Young Thug owns more than 10 trademarks for his brands marks on clothing showing how important it is to protect your brand.
The complaint includes receipts and purchase orders from allegedly counterfeit products along with the Cease and Desist Letter sent to plaintiff.
